David though born in England went to live in French speaking Canada at an early age. He has a diploma in acting from Studio 58 in Vancouver and for the last 24 years has worked as a professional actor, voice-over artist, writer, director, role-player, facilitator and coach.
As a facilitator David specialises in behavioural change, mostly with the use of interactive and forum theatre. He works mainly in the fields of equality & diversity, performance management, communication skills and service delivery. David has created bespoke training programmes for the FCO, Cabinet Office, CPS and Ascham Homes and has produced and directed DVDs for the FCO and Macmillan Cancer Trust. From 2007 -2010 he directed and produced the theatre element of a large-scale Diversity programme for the Foreign and Commonwealth office which rolled out to embassies and high commissions worldwide.
In the area of team building David has designed and delivered group workshops which enhance communication, awareness, creativity, cohesion, flexibility and effective use of skills. Clients include Camden PCT, South Downs Trust and Royal Canadian Army Cadets.
