After initially studying pharmacy at the University of Strathclyde, Bill chose to switch professions and work in sales. After thirty years in the profession, Bill is a recognised Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (FInstSMM). An extremely experienced sales professional and communicator with the ability to sell in any industry, Bill holds a highly successful track record of selling a wide range of products and professional services to different business sectors.

Career

In his early career Bill rose to Head of Work Study, leading on to Factory Management and then General Management of a retail clothing operation. In a sales capacity, positions have included Head of Sales at Zepko Ltd, Regional Sales Manager at Sendmail UK Ltd and Account Director at Protek / Boldon James. Bill now provides individual and group mentoring, training and coaching and is also a Business Advisor for Harrow in Business.

With a track record of successfully selling products and services that have included home improvements, toothbrushes to dentists and multimillion pound IT solutions to global finance organisations, Bill is recognised as a consistent achiever. A salesman and trainer who has a clear understanding of how to maximise the psychology of selling in order to generate the best results for all parties.
